Vintage 90s Starter forest green and black hooded winter jacket.  Starter didnt produce to many private label items early on that i know of.  I do know they did once they were in K Mart they did.  This one heavy enough for a New York winter, is split forest green and black.  It has a small logo on the cuff as always, on front too but it also has a bigger one on back and the zipper.  It fits more like an XL.
