Where is Roots BK located?
Our main warehouse is located in Staten Island, NY. We are offering in person shopping, contact us to make an appointment.
What’s the best way to stay up to date with products on RootsBK.net?
The best way to stay up to date with products and updates is to follow our social media channels, especially our Instagram - @RootsBK. We post our unique finds and items that are going up for sale, as we list them. We suggest turning on post notifications for our Instagram due to the unique nature of vintage items typically being 1 of a kind finds.
In addition, we also have a newsletter that we send out weekly.
Are a particular pair of sneakers wearable?
Typically, for all pairs produced before 2010
1) We suggest to wear lightly indoors at first before normal use
2) Do not wear them as your primary pair or for any sports activity
3) Please read all descriptions carefully and ask any questions, as some we suggest not to wear at all
4) We will not accept any returns for broken pairs
Will you restock a particular item?
When it comes to footwear there is a better chance of us restocking the particular pair of sneakers, as we have a large stock that we process a little at a time.
However, when it comes to other items such as clothing, hats, and accessories, it depends on what we come across, we never know what we will find.
Are your items 100% authentic?
Yes, all of our items are guaranteed authentic unless listed as Bootleg or Knockoff.
Why is international shipping so expensive?
At Roots BK, we strive to provide the best experience for all of our customers. Due to the fact that the majority of customers purchase multiple items in the same order, we have decided to offer flat rate shipping because in the long run it saves customers who purchase multiple items at once more money, than if we charged a calculated shipping rate. In addition, our international packages are typically shipped USPS First Class, to ensure you get your goods in an efficient, timely manner.
Do you have a sale section?
We do not have a sale section. Occasionally, we do have price drops or end of season sales. The best way to stay updated is follow our social media, especially our Instagram - @RootsBK, or sign up for our email newsletter.
Do you accept trades?
No we don’t accept trades.

We do not offer any promo codes and do not have any.
