Vintage 90s Lotto Black and White winter coat.  This one may not be in perfect condition but its still a great one.  Lotto isnt always a brand thought of when it comes to the 90s because it was prevalent mainly in Europe.  But it did have a nice run in the states as well.  Down both sleeves is the Lotto trim but only the left sleeve has the Big Lotto logo.  It is a nylon shell, typical of a Starter jacket.  Fits true to an xl.
