Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Tommy Jeans rugby.  It looks pretty simple to the naked eye but it has some really nice detail.  Both sleeves have a Tommy Jeans logo.  The collar has a Tommy logo trim.  Also, the shirt itself has a striped pattern that is very subtle and its a light cotton rayon blend.  The size tag is missing but it fits an XXL, refer to measurements.
