Vintage 90s Solid Tech Wear black and neon rugby.  You may not know Solid Tech Wear and your not alone, neither do we.  It looks to be a brand that copied BOSS designs of the early 90s.  They did a pretty good job and used a nice color scheme.  Fits true to a medium.
