Polo Sport Ralph Lauren Mast Leather.  In the 90s this type of silhouette was used by just about every brand.  The brands new this was an easy sale for kids going back to school.  Mothers can never resist getting there kids white sneakers and some schools forced you to wear white.  The heel does have a mark, someone may have tried them on, these are over 20 years old.  These will hold up fine when wearing.
