-New With tags, but has some minor marks on the brim

Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Flowered hat.  The hat is all white with a navy flowered print,  Its on a light weight unstructured cotton hat.  A nice unique part of the design is the velcro strap, it has a sewn on Tommy logo.
