Vintage 80s Ralph Lauren Ruffle Blouse. We normally do not list the 80s items we find but this is just a timeless piece. It has the ruffle design around the collar and all the way down the front of the shirt and cuffs. It also has pleats on top and the waist area. Its an off white 100% cotton and it shows its age, people will know this is a 30 plus year old shirt.
