Vintage Polo Ralph Lauren yellow and blue Cookie Patch Jacket.  This is a lightweight blue and yellow full zip jacket.  Its made up of blue, white, and yellow.  The left sleeve has the well known Cookie Patch sewn on.  This one does have some flaws as pictured but a small price to pay for this timeless classic.
