Prada Berrertto black hat.  The outer part of the hat has a quilted feel to it but its very light and thin.  It does have a fleece lining that can be worn to cover your ears.  The back has all the detail, red sewn on logo and draw string closure.  The hat did retail for 189.99, these type of hats dont show up often.
