Vintage 90s Starter nylon navy/yellow pullover windbreaker.  Jacket resembles the Michigan Wolverines colorway with its navy and maize letters.  Jacket has a nice Starter spell out on front with the classic Starter logo on the left arm.  Jacket is in good shape besides light spots on front and seen in picture 4.  Fits true to a n xl.  Jacket reminds me of the Charles Woodson, Tyrone Wheatley days in the mid 90s.
