Here we have a vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Dive Scuba Surf Cycling Jacket.  Jacket has a big heavy duty mesh pocket in front with neon green highlights and yellow piping.  Jacket is heavier then a traditional windbreaker made of heavy duty nylon.  Jacket has a small stain on front that doesnt show up in pictures and is hardly noticeable.  Jacket also has a hidden hood. Fits like a true Medium.
