Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger silver and 3m vest.  Another Tommy vest with some great detailing.  Made of all bright silver with 3M reflective trim on the sides and the patch.  It even has a patch on the lower back of the vest.  If not for the small not too noticeable holes, it would easily be a $100 vest.
