Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Sailing Gear 3M Reflective Vest.  One of the most sought after vests in the Tommy line, this one is pretty new looking besides a couple of tiny spots.  It has great 3M trim, patchwork, stitching and color blocking on both sides.  Great item in very clean shape.
