Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Athletics spell out poly tank.  This tank is navy blue with red stripe in the middle with the white Hilfiger spellout.  This is a late 90s design by Tommy when his reign on top of the streetwear category was winding down.  Fits like a true large, in great condition.
