Vintage 90s DKNY Tech silver and 3m reflective vest.  Another great item from Donna Karan, the sides have bright 3m reflective trim with a sewn on 3m patch on front.  The vest is bright silver nylon with black trim and 2 large pockets in front.  DKNY was known for having some nice vests in the 90s and this is one of those hard to find 90s items.  The vest does fit larger then a small more like a medium - large, refer to measurements.
