Vintage 90s High Times Magazine T shirt.  High Times is a magazine that promotes the legalizing of marijuana.  They seem to be doing a good job, Marijuana is becoming legal in new places through out the country yearly and it has gotten much looser when it comes to possession.  The shirt has a Hanes Beefy 90s tag and it is a single stitch black cotton.  The left sleeve has a HT logo not seen well in the pictures.
