Vintage 1985 Loudness Thunder In The East Tour In The West shirt.  As you can see this has no sleeves, they were cut by the original owner.  It was also cut at the bottom which was common in the 80s.  Loudness is a Japanese metal band who opened for Motley Crew during this time period.
