Vintage 90s Nike Charles Barkley Cartoon t shirt.  On front is a colorful cartoon of Sir Charles.  It looks like hes wearing the CB 94 on foot.  This one has a Made In USA Grey tag.  It does fit a little smaller then normal and was never worn.  The marks on the shoulder should come out or get much lighter once washed.
