Vintage 90s Bootleg Hoot There It Is Girls Graphic T-Shirt (Size Large) NWOT. This t-shirt is a pop culture reference to the song Whoomp/Whoot (There It Is) from the early 1990s. This song has many renditions from artists like 95 South, Dis ‘N’ Dat, and Tag Team. The shirt features a very colorful graphic of 4 ladies who appear to be dancing on an old guys lawn. The Lawn has a sign that says “Keep Off Lawn” with a nice sports car in the background but, the ladies are having fun dancing to the song. The artist of the graphic depicts the women with big butts as most of the music videos for the song had women shaking their butts.
