Vintage Guess Georges Marciano colorful t shirt.  On front is a colorful graphic in green, yellow and red.  What I like the most is the fact that George Marciano, one of the founders of Guess is on the shirt.  I believe by the look of it, its a late 80s design.  It was made in the USA and fits more like a medium.
