Vintage 1999 Rolling Stones No Security Tour Shirt by Tommy Hilfiger.  You know your big time if your promo tees are designed by Tommy Hilfiger.  The Rolling Stones are even more then big time though.  They are one of the biggest of all time.  Its amazing they are still touring to this day.  They are led Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts, and Ronnie Wood.  The shirt does have some yellowing and flaws.
