-Brand new with tags 

Nike Air Max blue and 3M t shirt.  On front is a small 3M logo with a white Swoosh.  The back has a much larger graphic with plenty of 3M reflective material.  Im not 100% sure which model this was made for its an early 00s item, im thinking its for a Tailwind.  Fits true to size.
