Vintage 90s Disney Tigger and Winnie The Pooh t shirt.  On front is an embroidered Tigger sitting on Winnie.  At first look it doesnt look like Winnie is too happy about it.  Either way nice shirt, it does have a pinhole and some marks on the lower back.
