Vintage 1990 Ninja Turtles DEP Fair T shirt.  This is an early original Ninja Turtles graphic shirt by the department of environmental protection.  If you looks close the turtles look a little off and theres only 3 but we all know theres four turtles.  This is not an official Ninja Turtles t shirt, its more like a Bootleg Bart t shirt.  I cant imagine finding this t shirt again, i would guess this is rare.  T shirt fits more like a medium.
