Vintage Tommy Hilfiger navy sleeve trim long sleeve t shirt.  Down each sleeve is red and white trim but on the left sleeve it says Hilfiger.  The rest of the shirt is a basic navy t shirt with a small Tommy logo on front.  Everyone could a shirt like this in your rotation.
