Vintage New York City Sewer Dept T Shirt. This is a really cool piece. It looks appears It was made for the New York City Sewer Dept workers. New York City Sewer Dept spell out on top and bottom. The graphic is made of neon orange and green. it shows a man holding a lantern in the sewer with a chained up alligator. Surrounding him is a mouse dressed in a suit smoking a cigarette and a turtle with a hat on smoking a cigar. It’s funny but if you are from NYC you can see this being reality.
