Vintage 90s Gap Athletic Dept t shirt.  Yes this does look very similar to a Ralph Lauren design.  It has the the Gap Athletic logo in navy blue on the front left on the basic white shirt.  The best detail is the trim that goes down each sleeve.  Its a sewn on piece, the right arm is navy / red and the left is navy / grey.  Im not sure if it is by design or from aging.
