Vintage 1993 Polo RLPC-93 blue with white stripe rugby hoodie.  Hoodie has a unique design with its hood and rugby style.  The hoodie is not detachable.  Front of the shirt has the timeless RLPC-93 logo in red on a light blue and white shirt.  These items dont come around every day anymore and when they do they usually cost an arm and a leg.  Shirt fits more like large.
