Vintage 90s Polo Ralph Lauren USA 1/4 zip hooded sweatshirt.  Looks pretty simple in front with the classic USA logo.  But there is a hidden royal blue hood in the red collar gives it that extra feature to make it special.  Also, on the left arm is the USA Polo logo.  The hoodie does fit a little short, refer to measurements.
