Vintage 90s Gap grey and navy hoodie.  On front is a Gap spell out that looks very similar to a Polo USA sweatshirt.  In fact it was probably the same designer that moved to the Gap team.  The hoodie is real basic but very classic.  The Gap lettering is sewn on front.  The tiny wear on the sleeve isnt a big deal and could easily be fixed if you go that route.
