Vintage 90s DKNY NYC yellow and 3M hoodie.  In the 90s just like even today many brands use 3M reflective material.  DKNY used it as much as anyone but her items are becoming harder and harder to find.  This on is all yellow with bright 3M logo with a red NYC.  There is one minor flaw on back of the right sleeve thats not very noticeable.  Hoodie is marked osfa but id say its good for a large - xl.
