Nike Dunk High Premium Black/White/Azzure "Dontrelle Willis" . This sneaker was part of the Nike Sports Culture divisions “Collection Royale” pack. The pack was inspired by playing cards and featured a regal yet, sporty theme. Dontrelle “The D-Train” Willis’ sneaker represented the Ace of Spades (and even feature a pitcher silhouette inside the Aces on the sneaker). They feature a predominantly black patent upper representative of the Ace with white and azure blue accents and a plush leather lining. The blue accents are very appropriate considering that he was pitching for the Florida Marlins at the time. In addition to the Dontrelle Willis Dunks, Dontrelle Willis, Michael Vick, Ronaldinho, and LeBron James also had sneakers featured in the pack.
