Nike ACG Air Gasp navy.  Here`s an under the radar pair from the late 90s.  With so much greatness going on with Nike in these days I bet many of you dont remember this pair.  This is waterproof design with a mix of materials and textures which always makes for a great design in my opinion.  These are wearable but due to age we cannot promise any amount of wear.  My suggestion is to wear a few times around your house to break them in before outdoor use.
