Nike every once in a while comes up with an ok made pair but 2002,3,4 was the last consistent time period. In 2002, this pair was very popular, many kids in NYC had them. Especially the girls, they really seemed to like this one. This pair has a clear glue spot on front other then that its wearable and ready to wear.
