Nike Waffle Trainer Pine Green and yellow. The Waffle bottom is the most notable and important in Nike’s history. For those of you that do not know, the Waffle was made by Bill Bowerman, Oregons track coach who just so happened to have Phil Knight as a runner. To make a long story short, the waffle bottom was produced to help the runners on the Oregon track team be faster. If you dont know the full story i suggest do some more research. This particular pair is a 2002 version of this important silhouette. Fully wearable but they are from 2002 so no running or anything too crazy and they will hold up fine.
