Women`s Nike Air Zoom Spiridon Cardinal Red.  No this isnt the original Spiridon but it looks amazing especially 13 years after this release.  In 2003, these were not very popular at all.  You couldve found these on sale at Finish Lines across the country.  But over time and chances of finding a DS pair now make these very desirable.  The Air bags are firm on both feet, I dont see any issues with wearing them, but as always wear lightly at first.  Dont run in or wear these as your primary pair of footwear.
