Nike Air Max Penny White and Metallic Silver.  The Air Penny line reminds me of someone who passed away too soon.  The Penny line ended with the 4th model but why Nike?  This one is a hard to find pair in brand new condition.  It does have some light yellowing but about as good as it can get being 16 years old.  Air bags are firm and clear.  The pair is wearable but you never know when these older pairs will give out.  This one seems to have plenty of life left though.  Wear around your house a handful of times to break them in before wearing outdoors.
