Vintage 90s Tommy Hilfiger Spell Out cycling long sleeve nylon shirt.  Shirt has a great Hilfiger spell out on the sleeves as shown in the picture.  Shirt also has a sewn on Hilfiger logo on the left chest.  This shirt is a cycling shirt so it does run smaller then a normal shirt.  Id say its closer to a large then an xl if wearing as a shirt.
