Vintage Tommy Hilfiger Athletics Rugby.  Down each sleeve is a sewn on yellow trim of Hilfiger spell outs and logos.  Its on a black and white cotton buttonless style of rugby.  The sleeves also have some white mixed in to give a real nice look.  On bottom front is also a sewn on Athletics patch.  This fits closer to an XL.
