Vintage 90s Nautica Sail Competition mesh rugby.  Similar to the Nautica Scuba designs this one has similar materials and colors.  The body is all navy light mesh with a soft neon green trim collar with a off white soft neoprene like top.  A real nice hard to find Nautica design.
