Vintage 90s Eddie Bauer Ebtek rugby.  The stripes are grey on a navy blue shirt.  The bottom part is white and the back and has an embroidered Ebtek logo.  Eddie Bauer is brand that gets over looked but has had a lot of great designs.  It still does.
