Vintage Polo Sport spell out arm with stripes rugby.  Rugby is quite unique by having a collar but not having buttons.  The best part though is the spell out down the left arm the Polo Sport patch on the left arm and bottom.  The shirt is made of heavy rayon material and is in great shape.  Fits like a true medium.
