Polo Ralph Lauren Patchwork rugby.  This one is made up a bunch of colorful patches in red, green, navy, light blue, and yellow.  It also has the Pony logo in red on front.  This one is a little slim and the sleeves are just a little shorter then normal, and has a little fade.
