Polo Ralph Lauren Flag long sleeve rugby.  This one has some beautiful detail.  The flag is sewn onto the split navy and white shirt with draw string on top and bottom.  The elbows are padded, theres vents under the arms and theres some extra sewn on detail all around the shirt.  A real sleeper, from a more recent design.  Its marked as a custom fit, it is slightly slimmer but fits like a normal XL otherwise.
