Vintage 90s Starter black nylon windbreaker pants.  These are a typical pair of squishy windbreaker pants.  They have the Starter branding on front and on back in white embroidery.  It has two side pockets and one zipper pocket on back.  The only flaw is the strings to make them tighter are missing.  These fit true to a medium.
