Vintage 90s Guess Jeans Work Wear green carpenter jeans.  I had this same pair when I was a kid, I think it was 1994.  These are forrest green with the classic Carpenter cut.  One interesting think about them is they have paint all around them.  This is real paint that got on the jeans by a person painting.  (Not what PRPS or some other brands when they fake it)  The bottoms were cut also which is why the length is 29, it probably was 30 originally.
