Vintage 90s Champion Arizona Diamondbacks mesh shorts.  Yes Champion did some MLB items too.  Not nearly as much as NBA and NFL but when they made an MLB item it was a good one like these shorts.  These are all black mesh with sewn on C and printed on Diamondbacks logo.  These run a little small and werent made with a drawstring, just an elastic band.
