Vintage 90s Karl Kani black jeans.  In the 90s the Jeans started off real tight then by the mid 90s they started getting wider and wider.  This pair was from the mid 90s when it started.  There pretty simple with a back pocket logo and the back belt loop has one too.  They have normal wear, not too faded.
