Vintage Jay-z The Blueprint CD. The Blueprint was the most anticipated album in the summer of 2001. Plagues by numerous leaks and bootlegging the album was pushed back to try and keep the integrity. It was finally dropped on 9/11/2001 a day that saw horrific terror attacks on the United States. Even though it coincided with the terror attacks it went on to sell 427,000 copies in its first week and hit double platinum.
